Every day, 4 hours of in-depth work! We will be working on all possible muscle groups and I promise you will get to discover and feel a muscle you have never felt before 🙂
The first part is dedicated to yoga and conditioning – we will be opening our chests, hips and other depths of our bodies and developing strength and functionality of the body.The second part is dedicated to the Tribal dance technique – from basic isolations to complex movements and short combos. All will be structured in a way to accomodate beginners and experienced dancers by offering challenges to all levels.
