TRIBAL HAFLA – a performance of modern oriental dance

At the Tribal Hafla, the trainees will dance together with Manca Pavli,
who dance as part of the KUD TARAB association.
Manca Pavli is a professional dancer and teacher who, together with the KUD TARAB association, is dedicated to spreading and strengthening the Tribal Fusion dance culture.
Under her guidance, Tribal Fusion dance is taught to women from complete beginners to the “pro” group.
Guest soloists and groups from other parts of Slovenia will also join – Ritualke led by Nadia Džamastagič, Noir group led by Luna Noir and Fenix tribe led by Ines Basle Gorišek.
Through movement, costume design and community, dancers nurture their empowered dance selves and encourage the development of their power of dance expression.
You will experience a wide range of Tribal dance and its stylizations, as well as what a surprise!
“Hafla” is an Arabic word that means a gathering or party meant to celebrate!
